How can we increase demand for our SLF programme to support both our drive to improve road safety and the recruitment of new members, and how do we ensure that local and national activities complement one another in this critical area?

2. Better Integration of HQ & Local Groups
What is the best way for the whole organisation (locally, regionally and nationally to work together and leverage our strengths in pursuit of our goals (primarily improving road safety and growing our loyal membership base)?

3. Membership Retention
What should we be doing to ensure that more members continue membership for longer?

What would encourage more members (currently ~20% overall) to become involved in local groups?

5. Local Group Delivery
How can we create and maintain high and consistent standards across our local groups?

6. IAM motoring Trust Research
What research through the IAMMT do you think would most effectively achieve the road safety goals of the organisation, and how could it be used to help recruit and retain members?
